1.) What is your favorite part about working at Gadget Software?
After years in corporate, working at an upstart is a whole new world. I have had the opportunity to help build the company from the ground up, work with a great team and work in several different areas of the company including sales, business development, partnerships and marketing.
2.) How would you describe the culture of Gadget Software?
Collaborative and fast-paced.
3.) What are some of the biggest projects you’ve worked on with the Marketing team?
Many! From social initiatives, to branding and launch. Right now we are undertaking a website re-launch, which has been super exciting to work on. Can’t wait for it go live in early 2018.
4.) What is some advice you would give to someone trying to launch a career in Marketing?
Follow, read, listen and subscribe to thought-leaders, companies, blogs and podcasts. Think big, take chances, try different tactics and be open to new ideas. Invest in social.
5.) What’s the last thing you read this year?
Professional read: All Marketers Tell Stories by Seth Godin
Pleasure read: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
I alternated reading both on my iPhone and iPad.
6.) What's a fun fact about you?
I caught the travel bug and still have a long bucket list. I have traveled to 27 countries and visited 38 US states.
