1.) What is your favorite part about working at Gadget Software?
My favorite part about working at Gadget Software is I get to work alongside a group of talented people with a great vision. You don’t often get a chance to work so closely with innovators. The experience has been invaluable. The best part is the interactions that you have with them regularly and your opinions matter.
2.) How would you describe the culture of Gadget Software?
I would describe the culture of Gadget Software as innovative, contagious, productive, passionate and fun loving.
3.) What are some of the biggest projects you’ve worked on with the Engineering team?
I have worked on all the Gadget Software projects and enjoyed automating the testing for both web and mobile clients. I thoroughly enjoyed automating the Android, iOS and Web Client using Appium mobile automation tool. In my view there is no difference from a big or small project, each one has its own uniqueness, which makes it such an interesting product.
4.) What is some advice you would give to someone trying to launch a career in Engineering?
My suggestion to everyone who wishes to launch a career in engineering is to keep learning and exploring. The first thing to learn is to code. You will be a part of several phases of the software development life cycle and having the coding skills will put you in a better position no matter what role you are handling. In addition to that, always be a team player and never lose your curiosity. The more versatile an engineer, the more valuable they become. Never ever stop learning.
5.) What’s a fun fact about you?
Biriyani is my favorite food and I especially like spicy chicken biriyani.
I love both watching and playing cricket!
