1.) What is your favorite part about working at Gadget Software?
Working as a cohesive team and recognizing and encouraging individual expertise and bringing up optimum excellence in work. Respect for employees and a great work environment makes it never feel like just an office. I think my proactive style of working really fits well here.

2.) How would you describe the culture of Gadget Software?
Well, my job lets me be creative all the time. Working with Gadget Software is like my dream come true! I get to learn new things every day. I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only my Manager, but also the people I work with. A heartfelt “thanks” goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity.
Little things go a long way, such as team lunches, recognizing birthdays and actual achievements.
3.) What are some of the biggest projects you’ve worked on with the Engineering team?
I have several accomplishments in my work experience. Probably the most notable accomplishment is off-line functionality and payments.
4.) What is some advice you would give to someone trying to launch a career in Engineering?
Engineers are people who design, develop and test. The discipline of engineering is extremely broad. When you are passionate about Engineering, the sky will be the limit. Never stick to a particular stream in engineering. Be an All-rounder. Explore more. Keep yourself updated round the clock!

I totally agree that technology is more of a boon than a bane to society. Extensive information is available at the touch of a button. Technology is a wonderful tool if we use it appropriately.
